My background includes senior legal and corporate roles involving cross-border operations, regulated industries, contracts, governance and strategic business decisions. Since founding Ioberti Legal in 2018, I have focused on providing close legal counsel for clients navigating complex commercial matters with structure and practical judgment.
I hold a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami and have advanced postgraduate training in finance, bringing a corporate, financial and cross-cultural perspective to complex business matters.
